About FitnessBuilder App for MAC
iPump FitnessBuilder The 400 Workout, 4,000 Image & Video*, Drag & Drop, Workout Building, Beyond-Revolutionary, Ultimate Fitness App -has arrived.
- 4 years of exercise image & video content creation
- 400+ workouts across 23 fitness goals
- 4,000+ male & female exercise images & videos*
- 1 App
400 iPUMP WORKOUTS
Never before, in any form, has there been such a comprehensive library of challenging workouts, from the beginner to the most advanced users. You get over 400 workouts, organized by fitness goal, location and free form search tags. Each workout guides you through the session, exercise by exercise, offering the clearest possible image, tip and video with audio coaching* (*video/audio requires any 3G, Edge or Wifi connection).
DRAG & DROP to CREATE YOUR OWN WORKOUTS
Fasten your seat-belts. The most requested feature is now a technical marvel. We do more than allow you to create a workout, we give you Workout Builder. Choose from over –4,000– male & female exercise images & videos and literally -drag- them into your workout. Choose from muscle groups, categories and equipment, then instantly see the image results. Zoom in for a closer look at the photos, play the video, add to your workout. Start Pumping.
ADD YOUR OWN EXERCISES
Its tough having the world\’s largest exercise library (not really). But even we don\’t have every single movement on all pieces of equipment. For example, version 1.0 doesn\’t include a lot of gym machines. It doesn\’t matter much though, cause we\’ve armed you with your own exercise-maker. Just create your own exercise with a name, tip and choose to add a photo with your iPhone camera, or from your photo library. All your own exercise images are available to drag & drop right into your workouts.
NEXT WORKOUT
But wait, there\’s more. We\’ve done most of the workout choosing for you. FitnessBuilder remembers what iPump Workouts you\’ve completed and suggests a bunch more for the next one along the same type of goal. So basically, you could choose just 1 workout to get started, then tap NEXT WORKOUT every day you start a session to be presented with just a handful to choose from.
LOG
We know the iPump Logs work because thousands of you have decided to share your logs with us. Its amazing to see your progress and how you\’ve implemented fitness into your daily lives. We\’ve suped up the LOG interface. Just double-tap on any exercise and the tracking will appear to enter reps and weight. Sometime its 5 taps, sometimes its 1 tap. There\’s nothing easier or faster, on or off the App Store. Once you\’ve completed a workout, all your tracking information gets copied into the workout Log automatically, ready for you to INSPIRE.
INSPIRE
One of the most popular aspects of iPump is the ability to Inspire others that you\’ve started a fitness program and are sticking to it. By emailing others (or youself) your logs, stay motivated and get others inspired to start training today. Inspire is all about accountability, to start, and stay on the iPump fitness plan.
ASK
There\’s so much kudos & criticism regarding fitness, apps, workouts and exercises in general. Since reviews are one-way and customers are usually at arms-length from a fitness developer, we decided change it up and place the ASK button right on our Home screen. Here\’s the deal, when you tap ASK, an email will prompt you to ask us a question, any question, like you would a real live personal trainer. In return, iPump fitness professionals get to see the summary of the workouts you\’ve performed and created -to better answer you. (You may want to read this paragraph again, because this is a pretty cool feature.)

You don’t have to put your programs in the Applications folder, though: they’ll run from anywhere. Some people create a “Games” directory, to keep games separate from other applications. But Applications is the most convenient place to put things, so we suggest you just put everything there.
DMG files are mounted by your system, like a sort of virtual hard drive. When you’re done installing the application, it’s a good idea to unmount the DMG in Finder.
